I was raised in the Wasatch Bench area of Utah where I developed an interest in art and wildlife. There I studied with various art instructors honing my skills. During that time, I learned various of the dry mediums and oil paints.
I majored in Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Salt Lake City where I learned layout and typography. I discovered what it was through a specialize class, Illustration. That was when I realize my true calling and immediately searched for a school, which I found. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Illustration at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale to develop my technical and artistic skills and embark on my career as an Illustrator.
